☻ Coffee beans exchange project #01
At beginning of this year when we were heading to the third lockdown period, I asked if anyone would like to exchange coffee beans with me. I will send a bag of beans from my local roastery @lindfieldcoffeeworks.
This is not only a fun project but also to show my support to our local business. And as travel is not allowed at the moment , it will be a fun way to have a little adventure( via internet!)
The first bag I received is from @origincoffeeroasters.
The package is simple and minimal which is perfect!
The beans I got called Pathfinder.( love the name too! )
For my own note: love it, went well with my minor figures oat milk.

年初的時候隨著封城3.0的到來，心裡也萌芽了這個小小的咖啡豆交換計劃。
事情是這樣的。在去年的封城期間，我們用了好多年的Nespresso膠囊咖啡機開始三不五時停工不事生產。在最後一次確定它真的不會動了之後，和老公決定不再買新的一台了。
主要是因為目前我們的工作型態都是在家上班，不再那麼趕時間。二來，其實以我們的用量來計算，購入咖啡豆其實便宜許多。
年初的咖啡豆交換計畫，終於在三月我的生日週達成了第一筆交易！
計劃內容很簡單，以£10以下為標準，我會寄出我家這邊的當地咖啡店的豆子給交換對象。對方也同樣寄一包他推薦的咖啡豆給我。
第一次的交換，我收到的是倫敦很著名的
Origin Coffee Roaster的豆子。以前住過倫敦一段時間，也會光顧它們家咖啡店。收到它們家的豆子，讓我想起那一段在倫敦稍微有些辛苦，但回想起來很有感的日子。
#咖啡豆交換計劃，除了是想以實際消費行動支持當地商家，也是希望在這艱困的疫情底線，能在交換的過程裡，為彼此的生活帶來一些火花與驚喜。
人與人的界線，既遠且近。我自己很喜歡像這種偶爾的跳tone，生活嘛，樂趣可以自己找！
